Getting Started
Looking for the new version of the KeyTasks client? Click “Download KeyTasks Desktop Component” below.
After purchasing and installing KeyTasks or KeyNotes from the App Store, follow the steps below to begin synchronizing. Synchronization Configuration on the iPhone or iPod touch must be completed for each application before the desktop configuration.
Synchronization Configuration on the iPhone or iPod

1. Open KeyTasks or KeyNotes on your iPhone. If you are using both applications, this must be done in both applications.
2. Tap the "Sync" button.
3. Select "Create New Account." or "Use Existing Account".
4.
Enter the required information and submit it. Once completed, you
will be sent an email to the address provided with steps on how
to download and install the desktop component. These steps can also
be seen below.
1. Open Microsoft Outlook to the profile you want to synchronize with.
2. Download the KeyTasks desktop component from http://chapura.com/public_downloads/MyChapuraKeyTasks.exe.
or
Download the KeyNotes desktop component from http://chapura.com/public_downloads/MyChapuraKeyNotes.exe
NOTE: If you are using both KeyTasks and KeyNotes, you must install both desktop components.
3. Once downloaded, double click on the file to run it.
4. Follow the installation wizard.
5. At the end of the installation, enter your MyChapura "User Name" and "Password". This is the same user name (email address) and password you used when creating your MyChapura Account on your device.
